Hi there

 

What an incredible time the last few months have been. As many of you will know, Rowena and I are now married! We had a wonderful wedding day at Highway Church, Stratford in June, then a really great honeymoon in the Alps afterwards. We both felt so loved and blessed by everyone’s help with the wedding preparations and generosity. Praise God!

 

It was great to be able to speak again at Impact Camp in Lutterworth in August and spend a bit of time with Matt and Vicky Ford, and the IMI team. The wet weather didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and we had a wonderful time of fellowship.

 

God willing, at the start of 2011 I am working on a project in conjunction with Salvation Army and Stratford Churches to start a winter night shelter for the homeless in Newham. Working with Street Pastors in the borough has opened my eyes to the huge need and many folk have expressed support. Do get in touch if you would like to help by giving or volunteering.

Riots were sparked in Faisalabad, Pakistan, following the murder of Pastor Rashid Emmanuel and his brother, Sajid outside the local court. The two men had been accused of blasphemy by a disgruntled former employee seeking revenge. Since then there has been widespread unrest between Christians and Muslims across the country.
